7. Parking at owner’s risk. Please note that we do not offer parking facility, guests can park on the road but that's subject to availability.
8. Any loss to property will be guests’ responsibility and would be chargeable to guests.
9. Any stains on linen/sofa or floor would attract an additional cleaning charge.
10. Guests are expected to treat the place like their own and hand over to the host in the same condition as received at the time of check in.
