3. All guests are required to provide government issued ID at the time of check in — PAN Card isn’t considered as an ID.
4. Visitors are not allowed. They will be subject to additional charges.
5. Loud music is prohibited.
6. Smoking inside the bedrooms is not allowed. Guests can smoke in the balcony.
7. Parking at owner’s risk. Please note that we do not offer on premises parking, guests can park on the road but that's subject to availability.
8. Any loss to property will be guests’ responsibility and would be chargeable to guests.
9. Any stains on linen/sofa or floor would attract an additional cleaning charge.
10. Guests are expected to treat the place like their own.

12. Commercial or influencers photoshoot not allowed without consent
13. Cancellation policy is 14 days prior for a full refund / incase the cancellation is done within 14 days there will be no refund.
